Our estate planning services are done as much as possible on an estimate so the client knows what the service will cost. The process usually starts with a no cost and no obligation telephone conference with one of our lawyers. After one or more conferences, if the client wishes to proceed, the client can pay half the estimate and we will prepare and send the client a draft of the papers. The details are worked out in draft form. When the documents are ready to sign in final form, the client comes to our office to sign papers.
