Take Exit 2-C, I-5 North, toward Vancouver, B.C. As soon as you are on I-5, look for the Madison Street Exit, which is also the Convention Place Exit. It will be an exit to the right. Take the Madison Street Exit. Merge onto 7th Ave. Turn left at Seneca St. Stay on Seneca to 4th Avenue. Turn Right on 4th Avenue. Turn Right on University. The IBM Building is on 5th Avenue between Seneca St. and University St. From the East (WA-520): Go west on WA-520. Take the exit onto I-5 South toward Portland. Take exit 165B to merge onto Union St. Turn left at 5th Ave. The IBM Building is on 5th Avenue between Seneca St. and University St. To Top of Page Parking: We recommend parking at the Fairmont Olympic Parking Garage across the street from our building. Entrances: 1. Headed west on Seneca, the entrance is just after you cross Fifth Avenue, on the left hand side. 2. Headed South on Fifth, the entrance is under the "IMPark" sign just after Seneca, on the right hand side. There is also parking in the IBM Building between 5th and 6th Avenues on University.
